Simple ADHA Guidelines

Submit a request to the Architectural Committee before making any changes to your home or property.  

These changes may include the following: 

• adding a fence
• changing your house color
• adding a porch or a pool
• constructing play equipment
• adding a new room onto your house 

Remember - even if your  improvement is not visible from the road, you still must have board approval before you start your project.   

These should all be kept in your garage at all times, along with any commercial vehicles.  Under no condition should boats, trailers, RV's, or campers be left in your driveway for an extended period of time.  Cars that are not in working condition should not be stored on your property.

You must have ADHA approval if you intend to install an in-ground pool.  Download the Architectural Request form and follow the instructions to submit to the Architectural Committee for approval.   According to our by-laws, no above ground pools more than 2 feet in heigth are permitted.
