ADHA - Frequently Asked Questions

Our street lights are serviced by Huntsville Utilities. Your ADHA Board cannot service the streetlights.  If you happen to see a light out, for fastest service, please contact Huntsville Utilities directly at: Phone: 256-535-1200 or 256-535-1255.

• Our green bin garbage containers are picked up each Thursday.  Please have your bin on the curb by 7am.  
• Our blue recycle containers are picked up the second Thursday of each month.  These will only be picked up ONCE each month.  
• Our yard waste, large trash pickup is each Monday.

We typically have one board meeting per year . . . the date / time will be made available when it has been scheduled.  

ADHA Homeowners Dues are very reasonable, at $240 payable annually on the 1st of April. Notification will be sent to each homeowner when the dues cycle is payable, and they are payable by check to ADHA, PO Box 1264, Madison, AL 35758.
