Our neighborhood is well-established, with 102 homes. We are located in the heart of Madison City, North Alabama, just off Hughes Road between Highways 72 and 20. Centrally located, we are within walking distance to a variety of businesses, from doctors and dentists to shopping and restaurants.
We are part of the Madison City school system. Our elementary school is Midtown Elementary, our middle school is Discovery, and our high school is Bob Jones.
Due to the easy access to schools, businesses, and churches, Abbington Downs continues to be one of the most appealing residential communities in Madison.

Annual payment of $240 should be mailed to:

Dues are payable on April 1. An invoice will be sent to each homeowner via email / USPS mail.
