We are glad you stopped by . . .
Our neighborhood is well established and consists of 102 homes. We are located at the heart of Madison City in North Alabama, just off of Hughes Road between Highway 72 and Highway 20. Centrally located, we are within walking distance to a variety of businesses, from doctors and dentists to shopping and restaurants.
We are part of the Madison City school system. Our elementary school is Midtown Elementary, our middle school is Discovery, and high school is Bob Jones.
Due to the easy access to schools, business, and churches, Abbington Downs continues to be one of the most appealing residential communities in Madison.
New ADHA Board Member!!
We are excited to welcome Mark Albin as the newest member of the ADHA Board. Mark and his family have called Abbington Downs home since 2022. They love the neighborhood’s prime location and the warm, friendly community. A special highlight for them is watching their son’s football practices from their back porch.

Picnic at the Park!
Join us for the 2025 Abbington Downs Neighborhood Picnic at the Park! We will kick off the summer, meet/hang with the neighbors, and start a new neighborhood tradition!
May 31 at 11am!
Bring your picnic, chairs, blankets, and games. Let the children run wild! And best of all - bring cash/card to enjoy some ice cream from our special guest - Rocket City Ice Cream!

Annual payment of $240 should be mailed to:

Dues are payable on April 1. An invoice will be sent to each homeowner via email. Please ensure we have your correct email address by emailing the ADHA board at boardmember@abbingtondownsmadison.com.
